These Terms of Service apply to your use of MakeupKerala. By using the website, browsing artist profiles, contacting artists, or submitting reviews, you agree to these terms.

1. Directory Role

MakeupKerala operates as a directory platform. We list makeup artists and make it easier for visitors to discover, compare, review, and contact them. We do not provide the makeup services ourselves and we do not become a party to any booking or service agreement between a user and an artist.

2. Artist Listings

Artist profiles may include names, location details, services, pricing, contact methods, travel details, website links, and images. We may edit, format, approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion in order to maintain platform quality, accuracy, safety, or legal compliance.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for their listings. Listing on MakeupKerala does not guarantee leads, bookings, rankings, verification, or uninterrupted visibility.

3. Reviews and User Submissions

Users may submit reviews through the website. By submitting a review, you confirm that the review is honest, relates to a real experience, and does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, spammy, or infringing content.

We may moderate, reject, hide, edit for formatting, or remove reviews at our discretion. We may also remove reviews that appear false, abusive, duplicated, irrelevant, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the platform.

4. Direct Contact and Third-Party Services

The platform may provide buttons or links for WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, websites, or map services. When you use those links, you leave or interact beyond our platform and may become subject to third-party terms and policies.

5. No Guarantee or Warranty

We do not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, legality, pricing accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, or outcome of any artist service. Ratings, reviews, profile descriptions, and listing order are informational only and should not be treated as a guarantee of performance.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MakeupKerala is not liable for disputes, losses, damages, dissatisfaction, cancellations, delays, injuries, pricing disagreements, service failures, or third-party conduct arising from interactions between users and artists.

7. Platform Security and Admin Access

We maintain an internal admin area for managing listings and related content. Unauthorized access attempts, credential misuse, or interference with the platform may result in blocking, removal, or further action.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.
